Hope Church Family, Guidelines for Corporate Worship, Effective 11/1/2020

We are excited to share with you that corporate worship resumed on Sunday morning, November 1 at 10 AM.  This will be our first time together as the body of Christ at Hope Church in eight months.  To make this a smooth transition, we want to direct your attention to a few significant details in regard to our corporate worship service:
     1.  Please make note of the start time of the service.  Our traditional time has been 10:45 AM.  However, because Sunday School will not be in session, our new start time for morning worship is 10 AM.  (Due to the reduced number of people allowed in our classrooms, we are attempting to develop a strategy for reconvening Sunday School)..
     2.  Because of the limitations and numbers placed upon seating due to social distancing, we ask that you attempt to arrive early at the church to find a seat.  We would recommend trying to arrive 9:30ish.  This would help the ushers to efficiently seat people as they arrive.
     3.  Also, If you plan on attending our service would you please call the church office at 413-637-2212, or email the church office at office@hopechurchlenox.com.  Because of the restrictions concerning seating capacity (50% of capacity), having an estimation of how many will be in attendance will help with the most efficient seating possible.
    4.  Masks will be worn and social distancing of six feet will be observed.  If you are unable to wear a mask, we are asking that you sit in the gymnasium.  The gymnasium is now equipped with a fresh air ventilation system with UV rays operative to eradicate unhealthy air (the gymnasium is the safest place to be in all of Berkshire County).  We also hope to have a similar system installed in the church sanctuary at some point soon.
Thank you for your attention to these details.  We greatly look forward to seeing you all next Sunday morning.
 God bless,
Pastor Doug
